We practice through a Société d’Exercice Libéral par Actions Simplifiée (S.E.L.A.S.), which shareholders are the four Partners.

The Firm has continuously focused on maintaining a substantial experience in counseling as well as litigation, which are interdependent: a general civil and business litigation practice and an in-depth knowledge of the Courts’ procedure are essential to a practical effective counsel.

The Firm values human and personal relationships, which pre-exist effective and harmonious working conditions. This is the reason why the Firm is of a medium size (less than ten lawyers).

This is also the reason why we maintain direct and personal relationships with our foreign legal network. Thus, our Sofia Office is headed by a Bulgarian lawyer who practiced in our main Office in Paris for one year.

We also value human and personal relationships with our clients, most of whom are faithful to us since years. In fact, the Firm has consistently expanded, among other factors thanks to our clients, whether French or foreign, who are leader or among the leaders in their field of activity. We favor listening to our clients and adapting our expertise, availability and responsiveness to their particular needs.

Our methodology for the handling of a file is simple. Each file is followed through by a Partner either alone or with another Partner or with an Associate, according to each lawyer’s specialties and depending on the complexity and urgency of relevant file.

The Firm’s fees are based either on hourly rates or on a flat fee determined according to the case, or, for certain clients, on an annual flat fee.

In any case, we constantly adapt our billing procedures so as to provide to our clients cost-efficient legal services.
